WHAT AN EXCITING SATURDAY!!!
JUST got back from the New England Kitchen cookbook signing and demo - the crab cakes and roast sugar pumpkin frisee salad recipes are TO DO FOR!!! Well worth checking out the cookbook and definitely try at home!!! Here's Sean and I with the Jeremy Sewall! Super fun.
Okay, onto class updates:
I can't believe how quickly the weeks have flown by! Tomorrow is the last week of a fabulous Techniques I series.... So sad!
Tech 2 series will start next Sunday, the 16th and run through the holidays. I also have a Tech II series starting January 8th, starting at 9:30 am and running every Thursday morning. Would love to continue seeing you all!
Tomorrow, we will try to get to AAALLLLLL off the sauces, mother sauces, the ones from the recipes, all well as mint pesto, creme brûlée, how to cook the perfect steak and try to squeeze a tagine in there as well...... We're going to do it!!!
