Pomodoro two ways: same great recipe - soup and sauce!
What a quick, simple and easy tomato sauce. With the addition of fennel and onion, you can purée it, and it comes out almost creamy. And... you know me: a tablespoon of fennel seeds, dash of cinnamon, saaaalt, and then finish with some, alright, a lot of lemon juice. Viola, perfect for tomato soup or cook a little extra to condense down for the perfect tomato sauce.
